Jarrett Orbin of New Springfield, left, and Nate Scheck of Poland, both with Edison Landscape & Deck Lighting, hang Christmas lights in a tree on Courthouse Square in downtown Warren on Thursday afternoon. A team from Edison hung lights in 13 trees Wednesday and Thursday. Because Edison Lighting has many large Christmas projects, including lighting trees for Warren, Youngstown, Mill Creek Park and residential homes, crews start hanging lights in early September and continue through December. Crews typically start removing lights in January but don’t finish until March, Orbin said.
